Sharyn, the owner of Gold Coast Occupational Therapy, has been practicing in hand therapy and upper extremity rehabilitation since 2007. Sharyn and her employees provide hands-on rehabilitation that enables each individual to regain their functional independence and improve their quality of life. Occupational therapy may be beneficial for individuals experiencing difficulties performing daily living tasks due to reduced range of motion, joint stiffness, pain, weakness in upper extremities, reduced sensation, and decreased fine motor coordination.
