Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science, with a Concentration in Nutrition, from the University of Scranton, completed in 2014.
Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University, earned in 2017.

Adam specializes in orthopedics and post-operative rehabilitation, focusing on helping patients recover and regain strength following injuries or surgeries. With a deep understanding of biomechanics and evidence-based treatments, Adam tailors his rehabilitation plans to meet the unique needs of each patient, guiding them through every step of their recovery journey. He brings a wealth of experience to SoundSide, having worked closely for two years with Dr. Charles Goodwin of the renowned Hospital for Special Surgery, one of the top orthopedic hospitals in the world. During his time there, Adam honed his expertise in advanced rehabilitation techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and cutting-edge recovery methodologies. His meticulous attention to detail, combined with his empathetic and personalized approach, ensures his patients achieve the best possible outcomes and a smooth return to peak functionality and quality of life.

Outside of work, Adam is passionate about staying active and embracing the outdoors. He enjoys playing golf, testing his skills on challenging courses, skiing down steep and thrilling slopes, and catching waves while surfing. These hobbies not only keep him energized but also give him a deep appreciation for movement, balance, and physical well-being. His personal experiences with these activities inspire his approach to physical therapy, as he strives to help his patients regain their mobility and return to the activities they love.
