Al has an extensive educational background and a passion for helping others through physical therapy. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences, he went on to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy, both from the New York Institute of Technology. Over the years, Al has attended numerous advanced physiotherapy seminars focusing on the Maitland-Australian approach, a highly regarded diagnostic and treatment method for spinal and peripheral conditions. This technique emphasizes the assessment and treatment of a patient’s specific signs and symptoms to create a highly personalized and effective treatment plan.

In addition to his expertise in the Maitland-Australian approach, Al is also certified in Kinesio Taping, a widely used rehabilitative taping method that offers support and stability to muscles and joints without limiting the body’s natural range of motion. His combined knowledge and skills allow him to provide holistic and effective care to his patients, helping them regain mobility and live pain-free lives.

When he’s not working, Al enjoys quality time with his family, tackling various house projects, and honing his DIY skills. His hobbies reflect his hands-on approach to both his professional and personal life, highlighting his dedication to creating outcomes that truly make a difference.
