Coming from an athletic background, Vin always knew he wanted to pursue a career that would enable him to help people get back to doing the things they love. His passion for physical health and recovery led him to earn his Athletic Training Degree in 2016, during which he developed a strong foundation in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Following graduation, Vin gained extensive clinical experience working with high school and collegiate athletes in various physical therapy facilities, where he honed his skills in treating sports-related injuries. He also served as the head athletic trainer at Plainedge High School, helping young athletes recover from injuries and perform at their best.
While pursuing his Doctorate of Physical Therapy, Vin expanded his expertise by working with a diverse range of patients, from active adults to the geriatric population. His experience spans both outpatient settings and sub-acute care, allowing him to address a wide array of physical therapy needs. Throughout his career, Vin has developed a particular interest in fall prevention for older adults, orthopedic post-operative rehabilitation, and sports rehab for athletes of all ages dealing with injuries or chronic pain. He is dedicated to tailoring treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique goals and believes in supplementing physical rehabilitation with skilled manual therapy techniques. As a member of the Institute of Orthopedic & Sports Manual Therapy, Vin continues to refine his skills and stay up to date with the latest advancements in the field.
Outside of work, Vin enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, staying active through running and working out, and, despite their ups and downs, cheering on the New York Mets and Jets. His enthusiasm for helping others and his commitment to lifelong learning make him a valuable asset to any patient seeking to regain their mobility and improve their quality of life.
